Kakashi and Yamato vs Shin and Hidan

What if I restrict S/T all together? Or use it only for defensive purposes?

Then Shin gets his weapons and he still gives his team the win, by far. If all S/T are only able to be used defensively, then it might be a match, but then again probably not since Shin would be able to catch Kakashi as he's warping.
