- Shin S/T has the same warp speed as Kamui

No, it can't. So this thread ends with Shin being cut in half by Kamui, and then Kakashi goes on to fodderize Hidan. The only chance Shin has is if his S/T can let him warp away before Kamui splits him in half, but considering he can't see it coming, it's GG. Not to mention it's far faster.

I dont know if its "far faster". I mean it did rips off Naruto's chakra arm before it could capture Shin's. And Im sure you might think its not good enough, Imma go ahead and change the conditions giving S/T = speed.

That man would still lose. Since they are equalized, whoever uses their warp first will win, and as Kakashi is the aggressor, he will always be the one acting first while Shin will be the one reacting. He'd need something faster, much faster, if he wanted to escape. Then there's the fact that Shin can't see it coming.
