Kakashi and Kitsuchi are both commanders of divisions in the shinobi alliance and are both high level jounin.
Kitsuchi is a master of large scale earth release attacks, and is a tank lol.
Kakashi is a Master lightning release user and is also proficient in earth release and water release, also he is very tactical swift and analytical.

Neji and Korotsuchi are both Jounin as well but not on the level of their seniors. Neji is a master taijutsu user, utilizing the art of Gentle Fist, also Neji is very intelligent swift and lethal.
Korotsuchi is a very proficient user in earth release but she is more known for using her Kekkei Genkai lava release, she also has water and fire release.
