Kishi finally de-hyped Kamui. I must say that i was among the people who believed that Kakashi could warp an entire Tailed Beast like Hachibi with his chakra alone, so i must apologize for that since this chapter proved me wrong, but still this chapter also helped me to understand the capacity of Kakashi's kamui further and it's for that reason that i decided to create this thread. Not saying i'm perfect in explaining things, so i'll only try my best and explain my understanding of the jutsu. Hope you enjoy reading though 
On the pic below, Kakashi says that his kamui capacity after receiving Kyubi's chakra
What does it mean? It means that with Kyubi's chakra, the size of his kamui was 3times bigger. Now when you take into consideration the fact that his 3time bigger Kamui was able to warp Hachibi, it also means that under normal circumstances, the size of his kamui can allow him to warp things 3times smaller than Hachibi.
Notice also that Kakashi differenciate his size capacity of his of the number of kamui use, which means that there is no relationship between the size of the kamui he is able to create and the number of time he is able to use it. It's the limitation of the size of one of his kamui use that he is talking about here
Furtheremore, when Kakashi says it's 3times stronger there, as i said, he is talking about the size of the kamui he is able to create. Which means that under normal circumstances, he is able to create a kamui 3times smaller than the size of the one he used to warp Hachibi thanks to Kyubi chakra. Unless you think that there are plenty of things existing who are bigger than 1/3 of Hachibi, i don't see where it changes that much. This is Hachibi's size compared to normal humans
Do you look how big he is? So if the size of Kakashi's Kamui can allow him to warp 1/3 of this Hachibi at once, it's still overpowered unless you think that there are plenty of things bigger than 1/3 of Hachibi? I don't think so
Besides that, like i've stated earlier, Kakashi differenciated the size of his normal Kamui with the number of time he is capable of using it. Proof of that is that after receiving Kyubi's chakra, he used Kamui 3times(one to warp himself back from the Kamui dimension, and 2times to warp Hachibi in and out of kamui dimension). So it means that he can use kamuis plenty of times regardless of the size. It's only the size of his kamui which is smaller without Kyubi's chakra
