he can use the gates so If my kakshi bio gets approved do I automaticly get the ability to use the gates with training?

it makes sense because kakshi actually can use the gates and he should be as good as lee because he imideatly realised lees 5 gate relese and new its powers too well for it to be thing he heard. So he must at least be able to use up to the 5th gate

Umm No Kakashi is only able toopen the first. so this is fail.
and considering Kakashi's rival is might guy im sure he knows all about the gates. he's a freaking ninja who was to almost become the 7th Hokage...

Someone whos willing to teach you, then you need to have a taijutsu fight to prove your ready and get approval from senseis or mod or something like that...
