but then again, Orochimaru has so much stamina and he can take a few (thousand) punches.

I need more specifics to come up with a reason of why they'd win,

Sasuke killed Oro... well actually absorbed him, only because Oro was in a weakened state and needed a new body. When he's 100% not many people can defeat him.

Third hokage had to rely on the reaper seal... i mean... c'mon, and he was considered stronger than the first and second hokage.
