It depends. If gai can temporarily go toe to toe with A, kakashi can play the part of the helper due to his intelligence and lightning based attacks.

Gai is also a taijutsu user and with gates rival A in speed and strength although A is still superior in both.

Id go with A high difficulty

it's not like Gai can open all 8 Gates at once and in 1 second, it does take some time, even tho it might be only like 4 seconds, and Kakashi's sharingan CAN'T keep up with A's armor, so how do they win please? OH, and let me remind you, Sasuke's Chidori did almost nothing to A, Kakashi's Lightning Blade is only a bit stronger, so i doubt it would hurt him badly, so only chance Kakashi has is Kamui which is seriously risky

to out speed guy Ay would have to be lvl 2 raiton armor...he doesnt go lvl 2 instantaneously...due to kakashis' MS and excellent reflexes Ay cant one shot him in that time period guy will have opened gates in addition to that they both know of AY's capabilities i seriously believe they would walk into the fight MS on and some lvl of gates already activated..Ay's temperament suggests that he would not have raiton armor already on

Kakashi's raikiri is a much more powerful version. It went from an A-Rank to S-Rank because of how much more concentrated it is. If it could penetrate A enough to kill him, I dunno, but it'd do better than chidori.

I don't think A would rush straight at Kakashi like he did to Sasuke, though, so that point above is meaningless. He has more respect for Kakashi's techniques than that.

And I doubt Kamui could catch A. If Amaterasu is "instant" more or less, and he can dodge that, I'm not sure how kamui is gonna get him.

It would take Gai catching A off-guard in Gates, and then maybe Kakashi getting a shot in to win this, but I don't see that happening. I'll go with A/high difficulty, as Gai and Kakashi won't fall easily, regardless of his speed, but it'll eventually become too much.

a is way too durable and way too fast. he was behind sasuke when sasuke was looking in the OPPOSITE DIRECTION. and kakashi lacks a defence to even survive raiger bomb once he gets ahold of kakashi. and gai has nothing to penetrate raiton armour.
