ok thats an exaggeration but he would be dead by now if he only had one eye...
if he had both eyes but no sharingan he would be an excellent ninja but he had an unfortunate accident....

heh...rin could implant him any eye!!!sharingan left kakashi on zero motivation.all the teqniques kakashi created himself are cool and are made before getting sharingan!after getting it he just began to copy teqniques from others and stoped creating his own ones.
I am sure if not sharingan he would be dreaking kick ass shinobi! (he already is one but would be better)
