yup and he has it activated 24/7 it depletes the bloodline chakr but im not sure how it works with kakashi, so it may be that kakashi is loosing chakra every second

exactly which possibly means he must have had a great amount of chakra before hand.. so who knows what jutsus he could do without that thing draing him all the time.. and plus he already knew the rasengan and chidori at age 13!

plus he could'nt combine nature to the rasengan.. so he created his own combo which is the chidori. thats quite a feat for a youg boy! even the fourth couldn't b/c he died. and jiraiya b/c my guess not smart enough. thats no diss on the great late jiraiya.
eventhough his sharingan is always activated it does'nt have any affect on his chakra because of his specially made headband covering his right eye, the sharingan.
w/o the sharingan he would still be strong but...he would'nt be late to an appointment anymore, which is a habit he took from obito. He would base his life only upon shinobi rules, he'd be cold and heartless just how he was in his youth.

no, kakashi had a change of heart before he ever got obito's sharingan. kakashi's change of heart is why he was there in the first place. if he hadn't changed his mind and gone back for rin and to help obito he never would've lost his eye or gotten the sharingan.
sure he got his change of heart at that moment but obito's gift and sacrifice is what truly got him to think the way he does now...he went back to save his teammates, thinking of the words spoken to him by minato and obito

I always thought he couldnt keep up with the speed because he wasnt skilled enough and was too young and was a new technique.
I mean the 4th kept up with it because he ended up making sure kakashi didnt get killed when kakashi was charging at him, and moved obviously FASTER than kakashi, and i think kakashi moves a lot faster now when he hasnt got his sharingan showing anyway, he also fired it up against orochimaru without raising his headband.
I still think hed be able to use raikiri without his sharingan, the sharingan just helps really lol

I absolutely agree with you my friend! all the teqniques kakashi created were invented before getting the sharingan.after getting it kakashi lost his motivation.kakashis father-sakumo was much more stronger than kakashi is! and was strong without the sharingan!
I think kakashi would be much stronger without the sharingan and would have surpassed his father!

right but that's the thing. before he got the sharingan he was already a genius and he had already developed his own jutsu. after he got the sharingan i think he stop developing his own jutsus for the most part. and why not when you can just copy other peoples jutsus. but imagine what he could've done with out the sharingan... he'd have way more chakra reserve, for all we know he could've developed a bunch of his own kick ass jutsus.
but some people have mentioned that he'd be dead by now, and they're totally right. kakashi's sharingan has saved his bacon a few times and it counters the counter attack opportunity in his lightening blade. i just wonder if he would've found different answers to those things had he never received his sharingan.

if he had not had the sharingan his fighting style have been different.he knew what sharingan was capable of and was using it on it's maximum.if not the eye he would have used defferent ways
