where they put these type of things to test .. they tested whether u can break glass with sound waves ..

THEY DID BREAK IT .. but with very difficulty .. so shattering rocks is way way off ..

this should be easy i have a similar technique

*i begin concentrating my fire chakra into my chest and i then i release it out my mouth manipulating the flames to then turn into a more complete form of that of a falcon. By using extra chakra i start to manipulate the falcon itself making it soon bend to my own will and manouver about in mid air*
