Great now with your second tomoe unlocked your eyes are quite better now enabling you to read opponent's speed who are above average (don't go crazy now you probably can't read someone who got the speed of the eight gates or something but someone's speed in which a regular can't detach but you can) and of course quickly being able to analyze a set of handsigns and identifying it so you can predict/react/counter to it. Of course this applies for ninjutsu and taijutsu. Oh yea like stated your genjutsu resistance has increase to you being able to see right through C rank and below making completely useless against you or unless you're completely stupid and someone need to strip you of being a Uchiha.
