proper understanding of the jutsu if you are to be given okies cause otherwise whats point

for this one i want you to concentrate chakra in your stomache and mold it first into a ball

of fire. then have your hands parrallel infront of you bout a foot apart to catch the fireball

that you release using your chakra. after holding it inbetween your hands release chakra

from your hands to condence and manipulate the fireballs structure and compress into a

rotational spinning chakra disk.
