That doesn't make much sense. He commands an army of Zoans and he gets compared to a brutal beast....if he would have been extraordinary pretty, they would have nicknamed him the Angel of Death or something. Also the only picture so far we have of him, despite it being shallow and unclear, doesn't seem to have the profile of someone you would describe as being an angel.

And OP doesn't need snobby villains, for that we've got Cavendish.
