So what do you think Kaido's powers will be and give your reasons why you believe this?

I think he'll turn out to have a lion DF or something. I believe this because look at his silhouette, his "hair" looks like a lion's mane and his epither is "the king of the beasts". Lions are the kings of the jungle in real life.

Some say its a Typhoon. I honestly doubt it, being realistic i really don't think Kaido's fruit will be anything TOO badass. Oda doesn't create characters that are 110% badass to the max God of War style.

OP isn't ready for a Typhoon or whatever Kaido could potentially be. Oda likes to keep things comical. As much as i would love it, Kaido wont be this brutal beast that brutally kills people for the lulz. The kids will have nightmares...Then again, Zoro already gives me nightmares.

Oda will hype him up but he'll turn out to have some huge flaw that makes him laughable. Maybe he's a dwarf, dunno. All i know is that Kaido wont be what the fans want and expect him to be. I mean even DD is scared of him, only Oda can make a fearless character like DD be scared of someone who'll turn out to be a dwarf or something along those lines. Look at Pica, a badass titan with a squeaky voice.

I think he's going to have some monstrous devil fruit like but I don't think it'll be a Lion one, perhaps a dragon or other mythical zoan with immense Haki.

Shiki had a paramecia fruit that allowed him to levitate anything he touches. His epithet was "Golden lion" though.

A lion zoan would be cool, but I don't think that alone would be strong enough to take on Luffy. If that were the case most of his hype would come from his own physical abilities, and he's known as 1,000 beast Kaido and I get the impression that's because of his DF.

But it's still possible. Maybe a mythical lion with paramecia attributes, like thunder manipulation? A thunder lion would be pretty cool...

Still it would feel a little bit of rip off. The reason Shiki was called that was because his appearance was similar to that of a lion, I mean it's not like it's impossible for Kaidou to have a Zoan Lion fruit but I just see it highly unlikely considering the whole lion thing was used when it came to Shiki.

His epithet is Hyakujū no Kaidō, which means Kaido of the Beasts, most likely because his crew has so many Zoans in them.

I'd like to see Kaido with a Griffin Zoan.

I have a feeling that the 100 beast Kaido name comes from the fact that his crew is filled with beasts. All of them have zoan DF's. Think about it though.

These beasts are his crewmates. The king is Kaido. What DF would be fitting for someone who is the king/captain of a crew filled with Zoans. I can't see anything else more fitting than a lion. Of course he wont be just an ordinary lion though.

It would kind of make sense if he had a lion DF, then he will be know as the "King of the jungle/beasts" (lion). However pekoms is a lion with a tortoise DF & Shiki's title has lion so idk if Oda would do it.

I think it would be cool if Kaido can transform into any animal at any time.. it would make a lot of sense, and it would make him a really tough opponent, worthy of being a Yonko.. IMO

Oh, so they meant his crew. I couldn't tell since it was never mentioned, but that would be an awesome fight to see the Strawhats VS a Zoan crew.

Good point. I tried to figure out what a good Zoan for him would be, besides a lion even though that sounds, and got 2 really good animals.

Grizzly bear and gorilla. If I had to pick one I'd really like for him to be a Gorilla, because they're my favorite animals and it would be fitting to see a monkey conquer the gorilla.

I would still like him to be have a 100 transformation zoan though.

I will never not mind your thought! Its a great Idea and you know it. How dare you talk bad about your idea. An Idea is like a lego creation no one can ever care about it but you because it was something that was a passing whim but if you care about it, then it becomes something special. Not to belittle your idea but a Lion DF for a Yonkou sounds pretty lame especially when we've already had a Leopard one and it's basically the same concept.

I think maybe his DF has something to do with why he wants a Zoan army and his title "King Of Beasts" maybe he has the power to control them. And that's why I do think it's Typhon because Typhon is "The Father Of Beasts" and that fits with what little we know of Kaido.
