Why would it be? Madara has the Juubi. Juubi gives him Rikudo Senjutsu, which boosts his Susanoo. He doesn't have the 9 Bijuu stored into his Susanoo.

So it'll be stronger than Sasuke's normal Susanoo, but nowhere near Bijuu Susanoo.

Madara would have to release the Bijuu (stop being Juubi Jin) and then sealing it directly into his PS for his PS to be superior to Sasuke's Bijuu PS.

Note that what Sasuke did wasn't become a Jinchuuriki but rather store all that power into his PS in place of the Gedo Statue in addition to it being powered by Rikudo chakra. Kinda like his PS became the Jinchuuriki instead of Sasuke.


Madara's PS would be powered by Rikudo chakra due to the Juubi just like Sasuke's PS was powered by Rikudo chakra thanks to Hagoromo since Hagoromo inherited his chakra directly from Kaguya who just so happens to be the Juubi (a part of it anyway but same kind of chakra either way).


IMO anyway since even Kurama noted that only Hagoromo was capable of doing something on that level. Not Madara. Unless that wasn't Viz translation.

Nope. It'd be as strong as JJ Madara's chakra, but that's not the same as Madara's Susanoo containing the fused chakra of all nine Bijuu.
