But as Hagoromo is the originator of this eyes and holds tremendous Six Path chakra he inherited directly from his mother so the potency of his eyes tech is higher than Madara's Rinnegan. But the nature of their Rinnegan tech/capability is similar.

Sasuke's Rinnegan is KKG while Hagoromo is KKM but both can use object as the core of CT and not just black orbs. So you see there are not much difference between KKM eyes and KKG eyes. Therefore what make you think KKM Byakugan can be different to KKG Byakugan?

Juubi is not Kaguya. Juubi is god tree. Kaguya is the person who ate the fruit of god tree. Juubi version is slow despite BZ calling it her most powerful form? Makes sense. Sasuke can use ameno with base rinnegan but only dimension travel with tomoe rinnegan. Whys that? Sasuke's rinne-sharingan is not a middle eye. That's why its not called as such. The 6 tomoe in his right eye + three EMS tomoe = 9 tomoe = Rinne-sharingan. Kaguya indeed saw Sakura and still couldnt dodge. Sakura in a weakened state was that fast.
