Last chapter confirmed that Black Zetsu will is actually Kaguya's will which I assume was secretly passed on through the Gedo connection Madara had when he was an old man.

Anyways, here is Black Zetsu stating he is Kaguya's will

Oh YEAH since Black Zetsu was kaguya it was Kaguya not Black Zetsu that called iTachi invincible... AWESOME so Kaguya does respect ItachiDaSoloKing! MangaFact Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, and Taijutsu are ineffective against Itachi thus making him invincible...

a hyperbole is a hyperbole no matter whose mouth it comes from

though i do think that comment is put there for a reason because itachi was invincible but only invincible to sasuke as sasuke could not put a scratch on him no matter what he pulled out at that time

against someone like nagato with chibaku tensei he has to beg for help because his special weapons are useless, and so on and so forth with other characters
