The sage says clearly that she possesses the Byakugan and the power of Sharingan, he doesn't say anything about Rinnegan.

Kaguya possesses the Rinne Sharingan which is a form of Sharingan just like Mangekyou Sharingan, all it's jutsus has nothing to do with Six Paths Jutsu, her son Hagoromo got it because she ****ed an Otsutsuki that has Rinnegan like Momoshiki and because of Kaguya's chakra his Rinnegan was stronger than his father, Momoshiki's Rinnegan got stronger when he absorbed kinshiki.

Ribbit Juubi(Kaguyas chakra) doesn't have Rinnegan when he have 2 free eyes for them because Rinnegan is a Kekkei Mora and it's way beyond bloodline limit.

I actually (more or less) agree. This Rinne-Sharingan is such nonsensical use of limited vocabulary on Kishimoto's part. She doesn't have any actualization of the Rings themselves. That eye only functions for Teleportation and Genjutsu from the looks of it.

Kaguya absorbing anything doesn't mean she has Petra Path. Her other Chakra hoarding skills come from having absorbed the tree that has a natural tendency to take its chakra back.

Also, I am sure she can absorb as many techs as she deems necessary.

The tree absorbs people's chakras by sapping on the life energy of people.
That's different from absorbing Sasuke's ninjutsu. And if we go by that logic, that means Madara never used preta either considering that you need a Rinnegan to absorb chakra while Madara was blind.
