Kaguya doesn't have Rinnegan or Six Paths jutsu

Exactly Madara may not have used preta but just a jutsu to absorb chakra. Which does exist in NV. Even fodder ninja can absorb chakra. Madara is a master.

This is an interesting thread with a lot of well constructed arguments, and it's definitely a subject I think about often. Obviously, the answer to this question is highly subjective, and I don't believe there is a single right answer. I like reading everyone's opinion on the matter, though, and I hope this discussion goes on.​

Above scans show the same. I think he simply dropped the armour and absorbed what little touched his body. Kaguya doesn't have Petra Path. All Chakra simply becomes a part of her. As taking chakra back was what she was raving about from the start. Hogoromo defeated her for the same thing.

Edo Madara absorption showed no bubble like kaguya.
Blind Madara with no Rinnegan looked exactly like Sasuke's absorbing.
Preta path is the only one who had no replication of absorption type.
Juubi jinchuuriki Madara absorbed the god tree without any bubbles either.

It's too inconsistent that I'm not gonna be bold enough to declare what's preta path or not. Because nobody knows.

I have no idea what you are trying to say here.

That is not petra path. You cannot absorb solid constructs in this path that have nothing to do with Chakra. The Tree itself isn't chakra: it absorbs it, acts as a relay point to be absorbed from and is used to produce it through the fruit. Merging with the tree isn't Petra Path.

Databook IV: Kaguya:

Ever since "humans" were given form, they have fought each other and walked in a world of war. The earth was stained with blood, and as if it were absorbing that blood for nourishment, the Shinju took root in the earth. Eventually the Shinju bore a single fruit, and a certain clan came from another world seeking that fruit: the Ootsutsuki clan. Kaguya, leader of the Ootsutsuki, ate the fruit and became the progenitor of all chakra, and with her absolute power brought peace to the world in an instant.

After ending the turbulent era, she became known as the Rabbit Goddess and received the blessing of the people, giving birth to twins. But after that, Kaguya would occasionally use harsh means to rule the people as a dictator. The Byakugan, Sharingan, and Infinite Tsukuyomi - the people feared and respected the jutsu Kaguya wielded. Eventually, the "Rabbit Goddess" became known as a demon instead. And then, Kaguya became ruled by her desire to make all chakra her own.

To make all chakra one - Kaguya's desire eventually turned on Hagoromo and Hamura, her own twin sons with whom she had split her chakra. Kaguya formed a plan, and in order to take in all chakra, fused with the Shinju and battled against her twin sons.

The twins, assuming that the Juubi was a transformed Shinju attacking them in order to reclaim the chakra that was taken from it, faced off against it. And after a fierce battle, the activated Rikudou Chibaku Tensei. They turned it into the moon and sealed it away.

She's the progenitor here. It simply touches her, and becomes a part of her body. That Shinju being absorbed is fusion that is possible because of the fruit's chakra. Even she can't absorb anything without fusing with it.

Also, BZ also absorbed Chakra ... and he doesn't even have Rinnegan:

It's just a damned tree. PP cannot absorb a soild object that isn't molded chakra. What you are talking about is Fusion. BZ mentions it above. Without that fusion, Kaguya cannot absorb chakra from IT victims or otherwise.

Kekkie Mora are techniques used by Kaguya and her immediate blood line. ALL her techs are KKM. Not just Rinnesharingan. Her Byakugan is too.

Hagaromo is the only Rinnegan that is KKM becayse hus mother is Kaguya.

Everyone elses is Kekkei Genkai.

He awoke the Rinnegan. Some techs can be used without the eyes, Susanoo being one of them. What are you talking about? PP cannot absorb any solid object that has nothing to do with Chakra aka not molded out of chakra. That tree is not molded out of chakra. It was there well before it even produced a damned fruit. It is just a freaking tree. You are only proving me right. Nothing is those images isn't molded out of chakra.

And yet ALL Doujutus that have Sharingan at their base evolved out of her? PP is a Rinnegan ability. Kaguya does not have PP. The chakra simply returns to its origin. She isn't even technically absorbing it. The only chakra she absorbed is from the victims to create a new fruit.

Is it? So, you are telling me that Kaguya who became the Juubi AFTER fusing with the tree can't vomit that thing out? The tree existed before the Jubi. It was never a chakra construct. It's just a tree. It isn't made out of chakra. No where in the manga is it even remotely mentioned that it's a physical form of chakra. It never grew out that way. It only produced the Chakra fruit.

Kaguya could not go on her little quest to absorb the chakra without fusing with it. I even posted the databook statements. Amaterasu ... what? Where did I say it? I said the Chakra simply became a part of it. That melting of chakra into her form is shown nicely here:

The only chakra she absorbs is from the victims. And that too to create a fruit and a new dimension. She does not have PP. Just because she absorbs or embraces chakra doesn't make it PP.

It isn't made out of chakra. It acts as a collection point for it and ONLY Kaguya and Juubi Jins can fuse with it. Why? Because of the fruit connection. Kaguya became a Jubi when she fused with it, and Jubi Jins simply replicate that. That isn't PP.
