Kaguya absorbing anything doesn't mean she has Petra Path. Her other Chakra hoarding skills come from having absorbed the tree that has a natural tendency to take its chakra back.

Also, I am sure she can absorb as many techs as she deems necessary.

Sasuke's countless using of Amaterasu shows that her absorbing was weakening her and she couldn't keep doing it.

That's different from absorbing Sasuke's ninjutsu. And if we go by that logic, that means Madara never used preta either considering that you need a Rinnegan to absorb chakra while Madara was blind.

Exactly Madara may not have used preta but just a jutsu to absorb chakra. Which does exist in NV. Even fodder ninja can absorb chakra. Madara is a master.

The book says that Obito doesn't have Yin-Yang when the Manga says he does because he wasn't born with it.

Above scans show the same. I think he simply dropped the armour and absorbed what little touched his body. Kaguya doesn't have Petra Path. All Chakra simply becomes a part of her. As taking chakra back was what she was raving about from the start. Hogoromo defeated her for the same thing.

You get Rinnegan from getting Hagoromo's blood limit which come from Uchiha+Senju cells.
