In the image below it was said that it was Also Kaguya Who was part of the Juubi, also that she was the one who wanted the chakra back.
In the next image it was Hagoromo who stated His brother and him Fought against the Juubi and sealed it inside of Hagoromo. Remembering that Hagoromo didn't know anything about Kaguya as stated by Black Zetsu. So he also sealed Kaguya.
Next Hagoromo broke up up the Parts of the Juubi into what we know is the Tailed Beast. Considering that Kaguya was also part of the Juubi part of her could also be inside of the beast. But not only that Hagoromo created an Empty shell of the Juubi and sealed in the moon, but it would also make sense if the The Gedo Mazo also had a part of Kaguya in it.
In the manga where Nagato faces Hanzo's men and Summons the Gedo Mazo we see a Phantom Dragon which is sucking up the life force up everyone. This could be Kaguya or the Juubi and their trying to get more of their chakra back. As we know it was Kaguya's will trying to get chakra back, as we see on contact they become life less corpse drained of their energy. There was also a Soldier who said that if you touch it you die. We also see peoples chakra being sucked up when The God Tree comes forth as seen in the images the chakra of people were instantly sucked up and the ninja died on contact when they came in contact with it just like when Nagato Summoned the Gedo Mazo.
And as we know already Kaguya is part of the Juubi so it could be her again taking up chakra to regain what was taken from the Juubi.
Summary: Kaguya could possibly have been a part of the Gedo Mazo and Tailed Beast.
