As has been explained to you Ninja's are confused on what chakra really is, and yet again as explained they recover it by conversion of energy, happy now? But no matter how much conversion of energy is done, the main make-up of it is chakra (if they lose chakra they die, so when they say 'I'm out of chakra' they really aren't), thus that chakra is still Kaguya's.

it wasnt she didnt have enough chakra so was a bad character, it was how poorly she was added to the story and then defeated. She was the rabbit princess, already a ruler of her land, why did she even need an army or have to use her chakra to get people to submit to her. as a ruler she would already have that.

People dislike her because her character seems unnecessary. It should have left madara as the final villain not random black zetsu stabs him and summons kaguya.
