The strong people of NB have had to claw our ways up! We worked for months and months at this! You can't just bring us down to Genin level for the sake of noobs just so you'll have a slight chance of fighting on par with us!

Make it 10 people, and abolish those rules.

well, I AM strong enough to at least challenge some of the stronger guys, and also no one would really follow a weak leader anyway's, so the most popular person would likely have the leader being one of the strongest guys, cause nobody else thinks any of the other guys are strong enough to protect them. and also if you think I just want to be a kage but can't cause you think I think i ain't strong enough, your dead wrong as technically i can't even apply in the first place. I ain't aiming to be kage, I just want NB to be more fair, and a better place for everyone.

The aim of this is not to elect newbies into the kage positions! That would be moronic.

The goal is to protect and put them under the tutelage of strong, experienced ninjas leading villages, causing them to STAY rather than leave.

We can't just put someone with under 100 posts into the position of kage, sage.

of course there is no guarantee that the person with teh most support will be the strongest(though will most likely be one of the strongest), but the gathering of LOT's of follower's will give added military strength to that nation making that nation stronger then the other nations, so in the end that nation will end up being one of the top 5 strongest, and therefor that nation will end up having a kage.
