Having been the Kage of his village, Mū was an immensely powerful shinobi. He appears to be both extremely knowledgeable and analytical, being able to discern the exact method used to locate his position almost immediately after detection, seemingly without any prior information concerning the technique in question. He also apparently deciphered the mechanisms behind his rival's Steaming Danger Tyranny and passed on the information to his student, as was later speculated by the Second Mizukage himself.[11]

While alive, Mū was seen carrying a pair of swords, implying that he was also skilled in kenjutsu.

Mū was capable of completely hiding his presence. His camouflaging ability was so great, he became renowned as the "Non-Person" (無人, Mujin; Viz "Null-Man"), a title which he gained for having neither a physical form, nor detectable chakra, while the technique was active.[13] It was impossible to detect him by normal means and so, Mū considers anyone with the ability to detect his presence worthy of praise.[14]

Hashirama and Tobirama , I doubt other Kages can keep up one on one with a full powered 6 paths. Maybe 3rd Raikage since he has that jutsu where he can cut down things in one go, has that superior Lightining armour and the speed works for him too.

Obviously Hashirama, then Tobirama, 3rd Raikage, then that old ass rock nigguh Ohnoki (I think) then the Prime Hiruzen (believe in the hype my nigguhs) and then the yellow flash who could have been the #1 Shinobi Minato. Current Kage are fodder starting with Tsunade.

I think people are really underestimating pain..

With no Intel, hashirama Is the only one who really stands a chance..and even then his wood style and few thousand hands are countered with preta and deva path.

Sage mode naruto and jiraiya were very fast,underratedly so I'd say.even with all there speed, the only way they could defeat pain was to break their visual link.

Fighting pain without Intel is near impossible, bar some God level characters

No it's not. Preta is useless against the wood dragon. And the deva path isn't countering the buddha or any of hashirama's high level mokuton....

Chibaku tensei / Shinra tensei then you also have that wild dog summon, the more you hit the more it multiplies, not to mention gedo mazo.
