Kage battle: Kakashi vs the Third tsuchikage?

who would win in this fight, kakashi or the third tsuchikage? both are awesome fighters so my curiosity lead me to making this thread and seeing your opinions on this. both are healthy and in their strongest, so kakashi takes a chakra pill before the fight and onoki sees a chiropractor that fixes his back.

location: madara's current battle field
starting distance: 50 meters
restrictions: none

Onoki takes flight and kakashi activates his sharingan and has his executioner blade out and ready. who do you think takes this?

this. and I don't think elemental advandage plays a big role when one of the sides ha mass destruction weapons and the other doesn't.
