BM Edo Minato and Edo Itachi? I forgot if Minato could give cloaks, but he could do that and Itachi solos. I don't see Minato getting touched by Madara and Madara has no counter to teleporting around. If it's just Edo Itachi and alive Minato, then Minato can use Dead Demon to win the easiest.

Noo, I like this forum. I'm pretty sure a good variety of people believe BM Minato is relatively equal to Edo Madara and it's a very debatable fight, like alive Minato vs. Itachi. Adding Itachi makes the fight no longer relatively equal in opinions, so I'd figure that Edo Madara loses.

Not how all fights work. You have to look at how Itachi can contribute. It isn't simple addition. If Itachi can contribute, then adding him will matter. If he can't, then it won't.

Once Minato uses BM and Madara uses PS, Itachi can't contribute.

-Tsukuyomi is useless against an Uchiha with EMS.
-Amaterasu is useless against a Rinnegan user and a Susanoo user since Preta absorbs, Shinra Tensei repels, or Susanoo tanks.
-Susanoo is useless when Madara has Perfect Susanoo.

Itachi and Minato have no team combinations that'd let them injure Madara once PS comes out, so there's no way he can contribute. It might as well be Minato vs. Madara w/ Itachi sitting on the sidelines once that happens.
