Kabuto's Madara Uchiha VS The Solo 'Kings'

They wouldn't use those immediately, though. I doubt it especially against a fellow Uchiha. They can potentially blitz with clones and a cloak given to Itachi. If Itachi used his Susanoo first, going by hype, he'd just need to keep up with Madara's Susanoo and be protected while his sword or shield is stuck in Madara's PS due to probable indestructibility.

In fact, Minato could just transfer Kyuubi over to Itachi, as he tried to do with Naruto. Minato doesn't have any abilities that need to be enhanced by the Kyuubi. Maybe his toads could benefit if he can summon them, though.
