Kabuto without Edo Tensei vs. Minato Namikaze

Now this fight is a bit different than most versus Kabuto fights because this time kabuto is restricted from Edo Tensei. Both are at their strongest, and here's the scenario:

Location: turtle island

Condition: all healthy and at strongest

Starting distance: 100 meters

Restrictions: Edo tensei

knowledge: both have info on each others abilities.

Starting scenario: Minato has at least 50-100 hundred Kunais scattered around the forest, plus he has Gamabunta, and the Elder frogs summoned. Kabuto summons Manda 2 and the fight starts from there.

So who would win?

Well, any physical attacks i.e. kunai stabs would be rendered useless due to his body / water jutstu, his reactions are fast enough to dodge a Susanoo arrow so my bet's is he's fast enough to dodge a Rasengan. If he get's a touch in with his chakra scalpel Minatos key feature of speed basically drops, I think it'd be pretty tough fight for both, but Manda 1 was shown to be better than the toad Gambunta, Manda 2 is > Manda 1. All and all it'd be tough and could go either way.

Kabuto is at the advantage here the reasions why---V
1.because Kabuto has DSM he could since Minato's attacks before they hit him
2.even if Minato does land a blow on Kabuto he wont take any damage because of his regeneration or if he wanted could turn into liquid
3. Manda 2.0 is far superior to the original and would defeat the Toad summons with mid difficulty at most ​
