well he just wanted to grab wat he could and run...
avoid start a big fite...
with IWR.. he coud have given them a preety gud fite
but just think about it... wat if he had captured them.. that would mean he would only be making ,madara more powerfull...
which would not be gud for him coz we know sooner or later he'sgone g against him
