Kabuto. Why did he not Capture Naruto?

Because he knew that he would lose, trying to fight the Kyuubi and the Hachibi on the giant tortoise. That, and he knows he is weak.

He made a judgement call and decided he had a better chance taking Yamato instead of winning an impossible battle. :|
And of course, he doesn't want Madara to complete his plan.
Edit : As much as i'm a fan of Kabuto, i'd say he wouldn't stand a chance against Onoki, Naruto, Killer Bee, Yamato, Motoi, Crow dude, Akatsuchi, Kurotsuchi & Jonin fodders.

I think he would lose but it wasn't on his plan since he and Madara are patient, they are waiting for the best moment to capture Naruto and Bee though it still would be hard for them.

also what i;m surprised about these days is how many fans kabuto has now. I mean hasnt done anything so far reallyy and nothing original with his powers and yet talks a big game. If u ask me he's not gonna play a big rolein this series.
I think madara will kill him evertually or sasuke thats very possible plot wise.
The only thing thats intresting is that mystery coffin, and no doubt its soemthing he also grave robbed aswell.

I am not a fan of kabuto. But, with all that edo summons and his own personal skills. Surely he could of captured naruto? :/

I think he really had his own motives, he said he made a judgement decision and avoided an impossible battle, which IMO was a half lie. He made a judgemet decision that benefited him and his own plans and probably in some way wants to be more complete with orochimaru or something with his experiment (maybe interfere with madara having the first DNA, idk). He alone probably couldnt take on Naruto and bee, he had enough summons (snakes, IWR, etc) to assist him at doing so regardless. Kabuto is sneaky and intelligent, he's not gonna fall for madara plans as others have, he's been a spy for he awhile and worked with Oro, he knows better.
Also, he likes to be entertained, trying to capture them then would have been a challenge and a bore and too easy in the long run.

Right dude, Naruto survives sometime only because he's the main character, there are many legendary ninjas revived who would be a bad- match up for Naruto and Killer Bee (i.e Gari, the Scorch element user) etc.
I also forgot about the hidden coffin, the Kekkei Genkai users, Previous Jinchuurikis, Ginkaku, Kinkaku, Torune ( Wonder if he'll ever be used in battle D: ) and so on.
If you think about it, the war without Kabuto would finish in few than few hours. Only the Zetsus would have been there, and then it would be only entire alliance vs one Madara.

but just think about it... wat if he had captured them.. that would mean he would only be making ,madara more powerfull...
