I can't remember specifically, but if you joined sometime in 2010 you get that much kumi. Doesn't matter how many posts you have.

I dont like Kabuto.He wouldnt be in top 10/20 if he didnt transplant into himself the abilities of a lot of people.Anyone could do that...Imagine Naruto with Oro's abilities
