I think Kabuto would win now, but only because ha stole others' abilities, and he has Oro's chakra and abilities too.So of course he would win.

Kabuto would win. Orochimaru has no way of dealing damage to Kabuto.

IMO Kabuto summoning all those Edo tensei seemed like Kishi's way of saying that Kabuto has surpassed Orochimaru. As we furthered through the series, we've learned that he's acquired several of his old master's abilities (and even improved some of them), while still retaining his valuable medical knowledge. This, added with new abilities like learning Sage Mode, gaining most of Hebi/Taka's abilities, gaining the Sound 5's powers, and even absorbing part of Orochimaru himself leads me to believe that Kabuto has indeed surpassed Orochimaru. Even if he's not as "enjoyable" as the earlier dark Sannin.

I love em both, but i gotta say my man Kabuto would win, cuz he has many of Oro's powers, the powers of the sound 5, medical ninjutsu mastery, and he's dragon sage. Also he helped Oro for years and would be prepared for his abilities, where Oro would not predict a full blown edo tensei or dragon sage mode
