Kabuto has stated his danger perception has gone up. In the fight against Itachi & Sasuke. Hence why he dodged Susanoo Arrow, it was not due to speed.

Lol homezZz, 1 eye rinn mads would one shot whole shinnobi alliance with all bijus combined. Ps one shots kabutos whole arsenal, even mokuton jukai koutan, kajukai korin neg diffs kabuto. Madara absorb all kabuto jutsus via rinnegan or gunbai. Madara spam jubi katon while he does 20 mokuton bunshins all does gangster V2 susanno and roflstomp.

Kabuto has got sound genjutsu, which might be effective against Madara especially since he is in Sage Mode. Madara genjutsu will do no good since Kabuto doesn't use his eyes to fight, unless he use Izanami.

Madara has Preta Path to absorb jutsu, so that would make most of Kabuto jutsu useless and Madara can absorb Sage Mode by grabbing Kabuto.

I give Madara the win here.

Don't forget Madara has access to his MS and Rinnengan jutsu, even if it is only 1 Rinnengan.
