The fight is in an open space so madara cannot hide from white rage, and no defense to muki tensei which literally manipulates the whole environment. Kabuto has enough reaction speed to react to limbo which did nothing to sasuke and naruto. His body is made of liquid so hes invulnerable to physical attacks. He has sage mode sensing which gives him danger perception on the level of Spsm naruto. Jugo sage mode > Naruto sage mode, given the fact that it allows for passive absorption of natural energy and doesnt require compulsive concentration and is equal to Rikudou sage mode. WR blinds and obstructs his hearing. Kabuto wins.

Why are you ignoring the fact that his body is made of liquid? How will the limbo shadows damage his body? And when he gets hit for the first time, he will know the trick and use muki tensei to pierce madara's main body along with the shadows. So if he transfers his body with the limbo shadow, he will still get injured. Kabuto said he is the closest thing to hagoromo, which automatically makes him capable of sensing limbo, because naruto is below Hagoromo yet could sense it with senjutsu, though it was a special version. You are underestimating him. If kabuto uses tayuyas genjutsu and shikotsumayu to dismember madara, thats it. Game over. Madara has zero counter against that. How will madara negate that?
