With his Edo Army Kabuto should win with extreme difficulty. Unless seriously "that" jutsu turns out to be superior to edo tensei.

I say if they fought 10 times Kabuto would barely win 6.

I think it will be these kind of fights where someone win (Kabuto) but still dies shortly after the fight due to injuries. Unless again "that" jutsu turns to be Banbutsu No Sozo or something on that level.
