Kabuto wins this. Kabuto can summon pretty much all the edos from the war and Naruto has no chance against that. He has no way to seal any of them and the only way to undo the jutsu is to manipulate Kabuto to do the release hand seals and Naruto doesn't possess a jutsu to do that.
