I don't recall the part where he said he put up a fight against Hashirama. I remember him being assigned to assassinate him but he failed. With that I don't even think he put up much of a fight against Hashirama, although I could be wrong, it's assumed that he didn't have his forbidden jutsu until after his fight with Hashirama but I could be wrong. However I give you the fact that he had to be skilled to even be sent on such a mission but I don't think the fight was too difficult for Hashirama to win.

Of coarse I think they have steroids, wtf do you think is up with A. Don't even try to tell me that he ain't hopped up on some Testosterone and some other shyt, I just hope he aint lacking where it count's the most if you catch what I'm saying. What can Kakuzu (He was supposed to have 91 years of experience, but he died due to Naruto's Kage Bunshin feint. I can't even imagine what Kabuto can do to trick him) do to someone with both regenerative and medical skills, abillity to summon the dead, has a snake as big as the turtle island and a vast knowledge?

In my opinion, current Kabuto takes this with ease.
