Have you heard of this thing called Edo Tensei? Well it's this cool thing that let's him bring dead Shinobi's back, and he actually has several shinobi that are better than Itachi at his disposal, i.e. Rinnegan + Mokuton Edo Madara, Edo Nagato and more. He is also taking on Itachi + Sasuke who are both spamming Susanoo, and he hasn't even attacked them properly yet.
Look again at who is, the "fan kid"

Lol you don't understand nothing when kabuto looked into itachis eyes he was imediately in a Genjutsu so wait until the next manga chapter chapter and you will understand. So Itachis going to take kabuto down by outsmarting him duh i can't wait to see kabuto ugly face shocked knowing he was in a ilussion

I'm not even a fan kid, I just think Kabuto looks bad ass in his snake cloak, and I'm not ignorant enough to think Itachi > Kabuto.
Even if Itachi does have him in a genjutsu from the beginning, it'd be plot no jutsu, because Kabuto worked closely with Oro, who's main weakness was genjutsu and was bested by Itachi via genjutsu before, he's smart and done his homework so he wouldn't get caught so easily.
I still don't think he's in a genjutsu, but if he is ^

Look kabuto is very strong he has surpassed oro But at the end of the day he is a copy cat and itachis a genius. Kabutos smart but itachis even smarter.

Kabuto is extremely powerful and fast due to his sage mode, he has scales which create a great defense, he has Orochimaru's snake techniques, he has snake summonings, and he has his original medical ninja skills along with his intellectual ability(proved against Tsunade) because of his medical ability he can regenerate and with the snake skills and sage mode I would bet his regeneration rate is ridiculous, they have never said that sage mode makes you immune to genjutsu but I'm sure it helps resist.
Itachi has Susanoo, Amaterasu, Izanami(which he's about to use), and Tsukiyomi, plus his base skills from Anbu and his original sharingan abilities and his genjutsus
I think that in almost every way Kabuto is superior now but Itachi has Izanami which we haven't seen yet and his overpowered Susanoo with a super sword which would immediately seal anything touched so I see the fight going either quickly to Kabuto or Itachi would Susanoo and finish him off, besides Susanoo I give Itachi almost no chance unless he can catch Kabuto in a genjutsu
