In this fight it will depend on what 口寄せ・穢土転生 (edos) are present in battle.
It also depends if Kabuto is hidden from Itachi or not.
If he is, and he can use edo's such as Nagato that have been sealed already in the actual manga but he can use them here while hidden, then Kabuto Yakushi will win no doubt.

itachi would kill kabuto before he had a chance to summon the edos...trap him in a genjutsu and its all over

I think Itachi would win, even if he is sick, all that he would need would be Amaterasu and Susanoo, they wouldn't put as much strain as it did with just his MS, now in a fight where he would have EMS, it just would be easy. U_U

He has no bodies to sacrifice for edo tensei or atleast it didn't state. Kabuto can only spam edo tensei now because of zetsu otherwise he would be screwed.
