Kabuto's abilities:
*Snake techniques and Manda 2.0 summoning techniques
* Orochimaru's forbidden arsenal
* Edo Tensei

Itachi's abilities:
*Amaterasu and Katon techniques
* Susanno, Yata mirror and the Totsuka blade.
* Yasaka Magatama
* formidable speed, taijutsu and ninja prowess
* Genjutsu Tsukyomi, and his arsenal of Genjutsu and illusions.


Kabuto is only allowed to summon a few Edos, no Madara allowed due the cheapness in fighting the most powerful Uchiha ever. Here are the other circumstances of the fight:

Location: final valley

Condition: All healthy, strong and at robust strength

Restrictions: Madara summoning, and only a couple of Edo summons allowed, excluding the jinchuuriki paths since they belong to Tobi.
