teamwork kitsuchi's earth sandwich is not an justu that he could dodge or counter gaara's sand could easily catch him and kakashi and darui's lightning would be affective enough to stun/kill in one move

kabuto got muki tensei that kitsuchi and gaara could counter and tayuya's sound genjustu that gaara could stop easily

Yeah cause they totally know that he has sound genjutsu and is about to use it, he wouldn't have time to create this "impenetrable sand dome" you so speak of.
