to early to no all of kabuto's new techs... but still based on the fact he has a good grasp on most of oro's techs, plus a sage mode now... i give it to kabuto with a certain amount of ease... i mean he's ruffing up two uchiha's now, he has some nice lil sensory disturbing jutsu, he has genjutsu, he has oro's regen substitutions on top of his already really good regen capabilities, his medical offensive ninjutsu, a new and improved manda to summon, and any dragon sage techs we havnt seen yet... he's way past jiraiya who hasnt even mastered his sage mode yet, has to have the two sages actually keeping the form for him, he has some powerful wind and fire techs plus watever he can combine with ma and pa, like i said before summoning battles end in a draw most of the time... and seeing how he can do the same thing to resist his own sensory disturbing jutsu can actually viably block ma and pa's lil super genjutsu ( with him nullifying sound waves, or watever explaination he gave i dont care to look it up)... so once again kabuto with a certain amount of ease...
