Kabuto is only powerful because of his edos, he only some of the kages and Madara, i think the akutsuki can pull it off

Kabuto would get owned by any member, but Tobi's teleportation would be particularly effective in getting past the edo tensei. Gedo Mazo too would be hella strong against them if Kabuto managed to hide himself, like the cowardly creep he is.
And even if you don't want to accept that Kabuto could be taken out quickly, I think combined the Akatsuki have enough MASSIVE techniques to cause all sorts of trouble for the edos, even edo Madara. Deidara's explosives, Kisame's water prison, Sasori's poisonous army, Itachi's own Susanoo, equipped with ridiculous defensive and sealing capabilities...and then NAGATO!! if he used the six paths he could occupy half the edos by himself and probably even beat them.
Finally the Jinchuriki that Tobi has under his control...nuff said

I like this question, there is no obvious winner to this.
Things to consider are:
Peins animal summons,
Kisamse's knowledge of the swordsmen
Peins ability to absorb chakra from those twins
Deidara enourmous area damage.
Only sealing jutsu would work, attacks from deidara would complete blast them but they would just regen, killing kabuto does not change this.
The akatsuki would rely way too much on Itachi to either undo the Edo or go around with the susanoo sealing people. He isnt well known for his stamina as it is so fighting Edo's like Muu, the Raikage, Mizukage etc might wear him down quickly.
Also, Madara would know whatever weaknesses there are to all Uchiha techniques, Itachi himself said that every technique has a weakness.
So in summary, I think if Itachi was somehow focused/taken out, the Akatsuki would take it.

Uhh last I checked they're all edo's, and i don't think poison works on them. So basically your statement is useless as is sasori, unless you prove to me otherwise.
So you're saying that Nagato is better than the guy who GAVE him his eyes+HASHIRAMA+rinnegan?? You must be joking.
Itachi doesn't have EMS, he can barely use susanoo for more than 6 seconds without bleeding his eyes out (from what we've seen).
Ok you realise that tobi has to de-materialize then teleport then materialize again just to get to Kabuto, that takes a little while, and from what we saw... Kabuto can summon edo's while on the move.

I think it depends on whether Kabuto can get his Edos out or not. If he can't, he loses. If he can, he wins.

Cmon Kabutos edos are very strong but Akatsuki have monstruos ninjas. And i am not writing more reasons because people will write what they think is true so its a pointless discusion, this topic. But The fight also depends on the field, weather and other stuff, so I think Akatsuki wins.(But they would be bad injured and some would die)

kabuto wins easy he just needs the four kages he resurected and madara. in fact madara takes nagato,itachi and that fool tobi while muu by himself with a little help from raikage rapes the rest of akatsuki.

Don't forget, itachi and pain would be seal people like crazy. Tobi makes them vanish, and with six paths he controlling the tailed beasts. Akatsuki has it in bag.

I think people here are over rating edo madara. If he was not able to take out 1 of the 5 kages, he wont be able to take out the akatsuki.
