Considering the canonical fact that Jiraiya would win against Pain, it makes me believe that him and the other sannin in SM wouldnt just get "stomped" by Nagato.
As for Kabuto, Itachi and Sasuke defeated him without going full power, hell, a healthy Itachi with intent to kill, without holding back, could solo DSM Kabuto.

Yh that's true but it's not like they are going to be throwing at him nonstop they can be on the defensive and they aren't stupid they likely attack between that 5 sec interval

Doesn't matter if they attack during the 5 Second interval as Nagato has ways to attack and defend without Deva Path. Summonings, Asura Path, and Preta Path for defense.
