Nagato can't solo both that's just getting over the top I mean jiraiya has frog genjustu stuff he is in SM and it's orachimaru in SM he can't die the sanin won't get stomped

No, its not. Every jutsu they throw that is chakra based gets absorbed by Preta Path....so there goes every useful part of Jiraiya's arsenal. Orochimaru's snakes get raped by Asura Path missiles, or they just get flattened by Shinra Tensei. His Dragon Sage Mode abilities (Which are fanfiction) don't help much here either. We have Muki Tensei, which Shinra Tensei can and will counter, along with levitation, and we have White Rage, which is useless since he lacks the body composition to take the attack and still be fully functional. Not to mention Shinra Tensei would dispel it anyway.

This ends with the both of them getting flattened by Shinra Tensei, or by them getting separated with Shinra Tensei, and then picked off with the Bansho Tennin+Human Path combo to take their souls.

Yh that's true but it's not like they are going to be throwing at him nonstop they can be on the defensive and they aren't stupid they likely attack between that 5 sec interval

--Nagato wrecks Jiraiya and Orochimaru, with his forest busting ST, and the fact that preta nullifies all their ninjutsu, along with multiple summons (that are superior to theirs), asura path, chakra rods and ningendo, the sannin duo doont stand a chance

--EMS Sasuke can use his bijuu sized legged susanoo along with itachi,, and can comfortably beat kabuto, as nothing in the latters arsenal is working against the brothers, not to mention that once nagato finishes off the rest, kabuto is getting shit stomped,

--Even if we take it the other way, either of the brothers can get rid of orochimaru with ease, and Jiraiya starting in base means that he is a sitting duck for Amaterasu, or BT+Ningendo.

With full intel, Sasuke pulls out his Enton quickly to take care of Kabuto or Orochimaru, while Nagato Bansho Tenins Jiraiya, stabs him with a chakra rod and kills him via Soul Rip. Whoever is left alive dies either to Amaterasu by Sasuke and Itachi, blasted to bits by a chakra cannon, or hit with the Bansho Tenin + Soul Rip treatment again.
