Is Kishi's simbolism foreshadowing Kabuto is about to get sealed by Totsuka to be along with Oro?

Kishi is known for making that kind of hints, this actually could be pretty accurate, because aside, from what the bottle did mean in that chapter it could be a hint that they will be reunited in another bottle, to think he is fighting Itachi that actually has Oro sealed in a a bottle, could lead to a very possible result of this battle.I dont understand, what about the bottle? Do you mean it symbolizes them being trapped in the same container?
Thats the only problem i have with this but it could be that Izanami just leads in to Kabuto getting Totsuka'ed, i don think there is a way to actually kill Kabuto without him being sealed, his DNA combination makes him a sort of inmortal "human" being. What about Izanami then?
Everyone knows that, i just said it could be Kishi showing a hint that Kabuto could end sealed in Itachi's bottle along with Orochimaru.the glass bottle, is the combinations of taka and orochimaru/snake dna. after each pic of experiment it fills up a bit more.
when it was full he injected it into himself
that is all
