Currently no, Kabuto dosent want to deal or fight with Madra at this point while he has both the Rinningan and MS dojuitsu. he got kinda freaked out and had to calm himself down. But it seems like hes on his way to get stronger even after abosorbing more of Orochimarus chakra from the curse seal.
