It doesn't state where though. I'm pretty sure if they were able to get the 1st, and 2nd hokages it wouldn't be hard to get Madara's DNA though.

From the conversation of Madara and Kabuto through Muu, I assume
that Kabuto got his DNA from the original body/corpse of Madara.

Madara asked Kabuto if he knew the secrets of his body when Kabuto can't even read the stone monuments of the Uchiha's.

Kabuto replied that it was based on his and Oro's research.

From what I understand, they have been trying to find where Madara's original body was buried, since they need it for the IWS technique. Seems reasonable.

Kabuto/Oro hypothesized that a certain Uchiha monument points the location of Madara's final resting place. The Real Madara.

And Kabuto/Oro was correct after all, see reference below.

Of course this is just my assumption and my own understanding of the Manga.
