Kabuto "killed" itachi twice, but he still didn't overwrite his seal, meaning it wouldn't change anything in the scenario. Edo Itachi wouldn't be sealed by Kabuto.

Does Kabuto even have sealing jutsus?

It's a fact that Itachi's feints allowed him to blitz Kabuto, and he sparred him a lost head by only severing his horn.

PS? Thats just a larger version of susanoo, sound genjutsu still affects it. And you underestimate the Edo Tenseis Kabuto has, a lot of them can avoid Totsuka easily. Kabuto Vs Sasuke? Kabuto definitley will gain the upper hand

compare those arrows to the ones he used against danzo, he clearly didnt want to kill kabuto, also he didnt acquire PS during the fight, he just didnt use it against kabuto, the same way the didnt use v3 with legs against him

Sasuke has his attacks too.

That little jutsu that disables Itachi's and Sasuke Susano will not help.

The fight would be over quickly

And Oro admitted Itachi was stronger yet Kabuto tries to copy off Oro

You do know Sasuke didn't know about PS or complete Susanoo (legs) right? He was still new to his EMS and was nowhere near mastering it. He didn't get PS until he was fighting Juubi. We seen Sasuke level his Susanoo as he fought at the Kage Summit. Also Sasuke is in a cave so he couldn't even used too large of a Susanoo in that environment. Kabuto's Sound Genjutsu could have bounced off the cave walls since Kabuto's SM jutsus are more effective in a cave setting.

He could have also took out Itachi by ending Edo Tensei at the start. Itachi saved Sasuke from white noise which made Sasuke close his eyes and that leaves him open for a fatal blow.

It's not that he didn't use it, he couldn't use it because he was still new with his EMS and didn't know he could use them. That's like saying why didn't Sasuke use final Susanoo against Bee and A, he didn't know he had it and he wasn't good at it when he first was using it. He had to use it more and get the hang of it through many battles.

Kabuto ends Edo Tensei and takes out Itachi then and there plus he already removed any visual Genjutsu usage at the start of the fight remember? Kabuto only joined the war to get Sasuke, Sasuke is in front of him so he wouldn't care to end Edo Tensei but that's where Plot came and made him care to be in the war over what he stated he wanted when he asked Obito if he could join. We already saw that he dodged Sasuke's attacks and white noise and sound genjutsu leaves Sasuke's completely vulnerable.
