Oro chakra is what allowed him to use all the different abilities to begin with. No oro chakra means he can't use those abilities. Besides he still has to break out of izanami before he can do anything. If he still wants to use others power, he can't break izanami!

No kabuto can absorb curse mark power not orochimaru power in general curse mark witch is made of senju tau chakra meaning if kabuto tried to do tht to oro he would only get oro's senjutsu power witch doesn't really make a difference in a fight with oro seeing as he only uses it when he's going to plant a curse mark on someone orochimaru on other hand his bio clearly says tht he can absorb any type of chakra so yeah he can take kabuto chakra.... Wether it's senjutsu or reg chakra

It was Oro's snake attributes that allowed Kabuto to control Sage Mode. I doubt Kabuto can go on using SM, or at least as efficient as before. I doubt Kabuto can use SM at all anymore without Oro's reptilian DNA.

He was only able to use ET as efficiently as before because of Oro's cells. I doubt he's anywhere close to being capable of maintaining summons like the kages or Madara anymore.
